To make up a pharmaceutical drug relevant to the 21st century and communicate its function through graphic design.
concept
The irony of pleasure, is that too much of it will make a brain feel pain. Inspired by dopamine detoxing, the "Dopatox" project was born. This over-the-counter drug inflicts temporary pain with the promise of longer lasting pleasure on the other side. Inspired heavily by 20th century Americana style advertising, my intent was to create a drug that used fun colourful branding.
